- TEST DROVE VEHICLE AND HEARD A BELT SQUEAKING ON ACCELERATION AND FOUND THE HARMONIC BALANCE IS WOBBLING AND ALSO COOLANT IS WETTING THE SERPENTINE BELT. ALSO HEARD A HUMMING NOISE FROM THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL AROUND 40 MPH AND FOUND THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARING IS BAD AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED SOON. HOISTED VEHICLE AND CHECKED FOR COOLANT AND FOUND THE LEAK IS COMING FROM THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING. RECOMMEND REPLACING THERMOSTAT HOUSING. SCANNED SYSTEM AND FOUND CODE P0944- LOST HYDRAULIC PUMP PRIME. FOUND A TSB FOR THIS CODE THAT RELATES BACK TO TRANSMISSION FLUID BEING LOW AND CAUSING THE ENGINE TO STALL ON HARD DECELERATION. CHECKED TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FOUND THE FLUID WAS 1.5 QUARTS LOW ON FLUID. FOUND BOTH TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES ARE LEAKING. FRONT BRAKE PADS ARE AT 30%- REAR BRAKE PAD ARE AT 50%. CHECKED A/C AND USE A SNIFFER MACHINE TO FIND A LEAK ON THE A/C CONDENSOR. VISUALLY INSPECTED AND FOUND THE OIL DYE VISIBLY LEAKING ON THE SIDE OF THE A/C CONDENSOR.
- TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER PIPES – Remove & Replace – Tube/Hose Assembly
- CONDENSER – Remove & Replace – V6 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
