AT A STOP LIGHT, THE LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AND WENT BACK OFF WHEN ACCELERATING. CHECKED OIL LEVEL AND FOUND OIL LEVEL IS GOOD. CHECKED TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL AND CONDITION AND FOUND NO TRANSMISSION FLUID ON THE DIPSTICK. CHECKED OIL PRESSURE AT SWITCH AND FOUND GOOD OIL PRESSURE AT IDLE AND ON ACCELERATION. CUSTOMER APPROVED REPLACEMENT OF OIL PRESSURE SWITCH. FILLED TRANSMISSION FLUID TOP PROPER LEVEL AND TEST DROVE VEHICLE AGAIN. TRANSMISSION DOES NOT SLIP/ SHUDDER QUITE AS BAD BUT DOES STILL WHILE DRIVING.

- CHECKED THE AC SYSTEM AND CHECKED FREON LEVEL. SYSTEM HAS A FULL CHARGE OF FREON BUT THE AC COMPRESSOR IS NOT COMING ON. TESTED SENSORS AND WIRING, CHECKED ALL CODES. FOUND IT HAS CODES P059F AND P05A1 IN SYSTEM. BOTH CODES PERTAIN TO THE ACTIVE GRILLE SHUTTER. TESTED THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THE ACTIVE GRILLE SHUTTER ACTUATOR IS BAD. AFTER REPLACING GRILLE SHUTTER ACTUATOR AC COMPRESSOR IS STILL NOT COMING ON NO OTHER CODES SET, NO VOLTAGE AT COMPRESSOR PERFORMED VOLTAGE TEST AND FOUND A BUILT IN RELAY INSIDE THE BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM.
