CHECKED CODES, HAS CODE FOR CYLINDER #1 MISFIRE DETECTED. TESTED THE IGNITION SYSTEM AND CHECKED COMPRESSION. REMOVED THE BACK VALVE COVER AND CHECKED THE VALVE CLEARANCE ON ALL OF THE VALVES. CHECKED FUEL CONTROL AND FOUND CYLINDER #1 INJECTOR WAS NOT WORKING. TESTED THE WIRING AND THE INJECTOR AND FOUND A BAD CONNECTION AT THE CONNECTOR. REPAIRED CONNECTION AND CLEARED CODES.

HAS CODE P1467 EVAP PURGE PUMP UNDER SPEED, TESTED POWER AND GROUNDS AND FOUND PUMP IS DEFECTIVE. PURGE PUMP IS DEFECTIVE. PART IS BACK ORDERED AT THIS TIME. LOOKED VEHICLE OVER, EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD AT THIS TIME

TEST DROVE VEHICLE AND VERIFIED CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT. CLICKING ON BUMPS AND WHEN FIRST ACCELERATING. PULLED VEHICLE ON DRIVE ON RACK, BOUNCED VEHICLE AND NO CLUNK OR CLICK. CHECKED STEERING AND SUSPENSION, EVERYTHING WAS TIGHT AND NO NOISE. BEGAN VISUAL INSPECTION OF BOLTS THAT COULD HAVE RECENTLY BEEN TAKEN OFF AND REINSTALLED. FOUND WHAT LOOKED TO BE METAL SCRATCH FROM MOVEMENT ON THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT TO CROSS MEMBER. THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT NUTS WERE NOT FINGER TIGHT. TIGHTENED TRANSMISSION MOUNT NUTS. ALSO FOUND THE SWAY BAR BRACKET BOLTS WERE LOOSE. DECIDED TO CHECK ALL BOLTS AND NUTS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN LEFT LOOSE AND RE-TIGHTENED. TEST DROVE VEHICLE, NO NOISES RETURNED.
